Everything goes with ice cream - yet we understand that the perfect dessert for all of us is not always a big bowl of ice cream. Not everyone loves ice cream, as hard as it is to believe! Which is why Everything Goes with Ice Cream is the book for all of us. It does, of course, have the easy-to-make homemade ice cream, but it also has 176 pages filled with other ideas for making a summertime snack covered in made-from-scratch sea blue candy sprinkles; s'mores and hot chocolate for winter; or an ooey gooey dessert whose magic ingredient is, of course, chunky chocolate fresh raspberry ice cream. Simple projects fill the pages too, including tiny candles made in tea cups, miniature no-sew cake banners, party pom poms, heart-shaped button covers for a special party blouse, and so many more.

Everything Goes with Ice Cream is filled with cute ideas, a fun layout, and fabulous photography to make you as happy as you are on a summer day with your grammy's fresh peach ice cream pops covered in orange frosting sprinkles!

Dried Strawberry Decorations I like to dry strawberry slices for decorating or to put in my homemade granola. If you don’t have a food dehydrator, the oven works just as well. Cut strawberries into thin slices of even thicknesses. Place berries in a dehydrator or on baking sheets lined with parchment paper to dry in the oven, spreading out berries in a single layer. Turn on oven to its lowest setting, and place baking trays in oven for a 10–12 hour period; make sure you turn berries once or

hankies to wrap little gifts in, but there are times when I don’t want to give away a special hankie. I will then make colored copies of them by simply using a photocopier to copy the sweet hankie prints onto paper. I then use this paper to wrap up little gifts; this way I can also keep my favorite hankie. Cupcake Liner Garland Create a sweet little garland suitable for any occasion just by using your favorite cupcake liners and twine. Flatten cupcake liners, fold them into a fan shape,

mixture, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt. Set aside. 3. In blender, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and molasses; beat well. 4. Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture until combined. 5. Roll dough into large balls, about 1 1/2–2" {ice cream sandwiches require larger cookies}. 6. Fill bowl with extra sugar. Roll each ball in sugar until completely coated. 7. Place on cookie sheet with generous spacing. Bake 8–10 minutes. 8. Remove from oven, place 1 candy corn
